I was born August 8, 1963 in Copenhagen.
I have 2 girls already left home and are fully engaged in their education.
Educated as electrician in the Danish Navy in 1985.
I graduated as Electronics Engineer at Frederiksberg Technical College in 1988.
I started working at Esselte System as a workshop technician, which was a new position. I had the challenge to build the workshop in collaboration with my boss.
Shopping respectively. tool to debug and diagnose computers at the component level.
We were among the first who repaired boards with SMD components in Denmark.
In 1991 I found new challenges. I was employed as a System Consultant at Stabilex which later became Nico2.
I was employed until the company went bankrupt around 1993.
I quickly got a job at Green House and it was again as System Consultant.
Greenhouse had just started and we got it up in speed.
In 1996 I was Service Manager. I was responsible for the technical competence with full employee responsibility and later in 1997 also with the budget responsibility.
System Forum gave us the opportunity to start up in the concept that became Helio Gruppen. I had technical responsibility for the internal IT, which is kind of a job in a house consisting of three IT companies.
When Helio Gruppen filed for bankruptcy late 2000, I had 15 people in my teams and reference to the CEO.
Caslon IT had for my reviews of the best options to accommodate my interests and skills.
They were at that 7 support and 2 technicians and 2 persons for coordination.
The company had a low structure where everyone was referring to Region Director.
With 34 people in various departments, I thought it likely that an organizational change will become normal within a few years.
I started therefore as Supporter and had a really good, but shortly under their auspices.
I was hired by Imacon in 2001 as Support Manager responsible for support of scanners and camera outside the United States. A large area both professionally and geographically.
A restructuring in late 2002 meant that I until I stopped in 2005 focused on support and service of scanners entitled:
Support- & Application Specialist.
My involvement in children's school meant that I attended the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2005.
Was involved in diverse groups like IT, website and for a time I was chairman.
Easy Film had in the fall of 2005 using a new IT responsible and I had the right 'size' with regard to the professional and not least with regard to the technical manager.
IT responsible for an organization of approximately 20 permanent and 40-80 freelancers who primarily works with Mac and Microsoft Office and production with Avid on XP. Server rooms with very different hardware and software, but with a XServer as the central server.
I had an expectation to Easy Film should be a longer acquaintance, but due to very poor results in 2006, with more layoffs and shopping stop for several months, so was my job reduced to IT first aid and backup routines.
Caslon IT had in the spring of 2007 trouble keeping up with demand for Mac eksperetise, so once again had luck tested in Ballerup .. I am employed by. April 1 as system consultant. Unfortunately, things did not exactly as planned and Caslon stopped in the autumn of that year.
Doctor Mac was a full time job with everything it means to be independent.
I've made solutions for Defence, production companies, advertising agencies and private. Solutions from putting more RAM in a computer, the cloud solution for consultant firm for a solution with workflow for production.
I have, in collaboration with Best Flow Factory helped to put the Russian TV station "Kanal PIK" started. It has been with EditShare products for server and playout.
Atea is a huge company and among Denmark's largest IT suppliers. Apple team was severely overbooked and looking for another man.
I started April 2012 ... Atea delivers primarily to large companies and the public sector which is also on the front is different than my usual areas.
Another TV station has come in the air and once again in collaboration with Best Flow Factory. This time it was "News 7" which must be the second most-watched news broadcasts in Bulgaria. Quantel and MOSART products has been the focal point of the installation.
3A-it has come at the Danish IT maps and I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to be involved almost from the start when I started in August 2015. Focus on User Satisfaction and Collaboration are areas which I find extremely exciting and hope to give sparring a lot of good companies.
